How You’ll Shine
As a Server, your job will be to enhance the vacation experience of our guests by providing exceptional meal service.  Making sure the guest is comfortable, attended to, and happy while dining helps to ensure the guests enjoy their time away from their daily lives and create lifelong memories with their family and friends. Must be 21 years of age or older

How You’ll Make an Impact
Ensure guest satisfaction by suggestion selling of menu items, proper timely service and follow-up.
Check station to ensure all tables are set properly. 
Take a guest order using suggestive selling to increase customer satisfaction.
Ensure that the proper course is served at the appropriate time.
Check back with each table to see if everything is satisfactory.
Turn orders into kitchen for preparation. Ensure food is prepared correctly before serving.
Serve and replenish beverages and other accessories throughout the meal.
Ensure check is correctly tabulated and present it to the guest with a pleasant “Thank You”. 
Return promptly with change and receipt having followed the proper credit or cash procedures.
Clear and reset tables in the proper manner, if necessary.
Fill condiments and complete opening, midshift, and/or closing side work.
After completion of training, maintain a check average within guidelines set by department.

What You’ll Bring
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate good judgement when interacting with guests and team members.
Previous experience serving customers preferred.
