The Director of Global Digital Marketing Operations will be a dynamic and strategic leader for our martech, analytics, web publishing, and email deployment teams. This role is instrumental in driving our marketing operations to achieve optimal efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and seamless web and email experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing technologies, analytics methodologies, web publishing best practices, and email deployment optimization, while also serving as a strategic partner to the organization. The role will interface directly with senior executives in the organization to execute on strategic marketing strategies and innovations.

How You'll Shine:

  • Interface with senior executives to develop and execute on marketing roadmap

  • Lead digital platform ideation and development

  • Own email health, platform usage and strategy

  • Lead owned-channel communication strategy

  • Lead digital platform and media measurement

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative fields 

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • In-depth knowledge of emerging digital technologies, trends, and their business applications. Candidate must have a passion for modernization and continual improvement.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business outcomes.

  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools.

  • Strong understanding of earned and owned media tactics

  • Deep understanding of website content management and personalization techniques.

  • Hands-on experience working with leading email service providers. Salesforce is a plus.

  • Deep understanding of web content management systems. Adobe CMS is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience working with leading data and analytics technical software. PowerBI is a plus.

  • Deep understanding of advanced digital measurement techniques such as market mix modeling, match market modeling, and multi-touch attribution.

  • Proficiency in coding and scripting languages used in the digital arena including but not limited to SQL, Python, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

  • Experience working within digital media platforms such as Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads Manager, and LiveRamp is a plus.

  • 10 years of work experience with 5 years of hands-on management experience of high-performance, multi-disciplinary teams.

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
