• Assist site  Senior Vice President in achieving and keeping the conversion rate above the targeted level.
• Oversee all marketing teams within the Pacific Northwest (Oregon and Washington Region)
• Ensure the highest level of customer service to current and prospective owners in order to maintain a positive brand image and company reputation
• Identify areas of process improvement and leverage best practices by working with appropriate corporate resources as necessary.
• Set Vision and Expectations: Provide a clear picture of future so others can understand and share view.  Ensures that team clearly understands expectations.
• Provide leadership, training and guidance to marketing Directors & Managers.
• Recruit and train individuals that possess the skills and personality for successful Marketing management , utilizing recruiting & training processes established by the Company.
• Develop others: Regularly provide feedback, coaching and counseling.
• Monitor the marketing process to ensure that bookings are achieved by the prescribed marketing method and with the highest level of integrity.
• Administer Company Policies and processes in a consistent, fair and equitable manner.
• Identify areas of process improvement and leverage best practices by working with the site SVP and appropriate corporate resources as necessary. 

Minimum Requirements:

• Wyndham Community Marketing and In-House Marketing leadership experience preferred.
• Proven timeshare marketing leadership skills.
• Mastery of all programs sold and serviced by Wyndham Destinations.
• Proven leadership skills and an energetic ability to motivate others.
• Possess superb interpersonal skills when interacting with clients, senior leaders and sales personnel.

Compensation

Compensation for this position is between $100,000 and $140,000 per year (depending upon experience and other qualifications), plus incentive earnings reasonably ranging from $75,000 to $420,000 annually, depending upon individual performance and site targets. Performance above or below reasonable expectations could result in incentive earnings outside of this range. Please note: Components of incentive compensation are paid monthly for this role.
