Support the Asia Pac programs lead generation efforts to generate new owner tours.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Engage International visitors and generate budgeted leads for Asia Pac.
• Communicate with Asia Pac and local leadership on booked leads and any necessary follow-up.
• Coordinate cross marketing efforts with local resort teams.
• Other responsibilities, as needed.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Job experience
• 2 – 4 years of experience in marketing and/or sales.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in the vacation ownership/timeshare industry is preferred.
• Previous event management or negotiation experience.
Training requirements
• N/A
Education
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
Knowledge and skills
• Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal in the Japanese language and English.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, approaches challenges with maturity and purpose; finds solutions.
• Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
• Self-starter, able to work independently with some supervision.
• Strong organizational skills.
Technical Skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• General knowledge of using mobile devices (point of sale devices, smart phones, tablets).
