Summary

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst local to Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid role; in office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday/work from home Thursday, Friday. The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for managing and driving consumer-facing email programs. Closely partnering with creative, business operations, web, CRM (Campaign Management) and analytics, this individual will provide support in campaign plans to ensure error-less, timely, and effective implementation of campaigns within email marketing channels. They will also be responsible for reviewing and reporting out on results to make adjustments as needed to campaigns and strategies.

This position requires a collaborative, detail-oriented and self-motivated person who can manage multiple tasks and projects. They will utilize the company’s marketing cloud platform and project management tools to ignite customer engagement channels and deliver various types of communications for multiple brands. This role requires experience and familiarity with best practices related to email marketing, creative and audience segmentation.

Job Functions

Digital Project Management // 40%

  • Coordinate, develop and produce select email and mobile programs.

  • Create/manage project requests to meet partner needs, requirements, and schedules.

  • Align teams with ongoing communications and project updates.

  • Manage HTML processes with the development team and deliver final proofs for approvals.

  • Utilize Jira (project management platform) to guide development, CRM and reporting work.

  • Create, monitor, and keep partners aligned with tasks surrounding strategic planning, legal approvals, brand/creative production, digital deployments and IT development.

  • Assist with creation of written/visual documentation of standard operating procedures, program objectives, process flows, content requirements and results.

Strategic Marketing Planning and Support // 40%

  • Lead the strategic planning and marketing solutions for conversion-focused email campaigns.

  • Partner with CRM (Campaign Management) to create targeting strategies, audience segments and campaign files for various promotions.

  • Partner with internal resources (creative, legal, operations, web) to deliver approved campaigns.

  • Partner with external digital agencies to support email campaign management and reporting.

  • Research, evolve and implement digital solutions for email templatization, A/B testing, compatibility, dynamic content, customization/personalization and marketing automations.

Reporting and Optimizations  //  20%

  • Partner with Digital Analytics Team to create, optimize and monitor digital dashboards.

  • Distribute reports focused on email deliverability, opens/clicks, site traffic, page views, trends, conversions, bounce rates, etc.

  • Tell the marketing campaign performance stories through metrics visualizations and analysis.

  • Construct detailed recommendations and clearly communicate impact surrounding campaigns.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college, preferred

Experience

  • Experience managing and developing digital content for online marketing campaigns

  • Experience analyzing, reporting, and presenting digital analytics

  • Experience with marketing project management (timelines, creative, CRM, approval cycles, etc.)

  • Self-motivated and able to achieve goals with minimal supervision

  • Excellent ability to manage relationships with internal and external partners

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent presentation skills -- comfortable presenting to groups and leadership

  • Experience sending and managing email communications, a plus.

  • Knowledge and experience in vacation industry, a plus

  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)

Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel preferred. Candidate may be asked to attend meetings, training and/or events occasionally (5% or less).
