Essential Job Functions:

• Build, QA and deploy marketing and email campaigns including personalization and dynamic content across different studios in SFMC
• Coordinating campaign workflow process across the requirements, stakeholder review/approval & deployment process. Using tools including but not limited to Jira, confluence, SFMC, and Litmus
• Work with brand/content teams, campaign teams to update content, make fixes/updates, and change requests for marketing emails
• Ensuring campaigns are setup correctly to accurately track performance and results
• Facilitate timely receipt of email creative and/or audience lists to help ensure launch dates are met
• Maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms, including troubleshooting, naming conventions, list management, etc.
• Maintain best-in-class standards for CAN SPAM compliance

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years working in Marketing, launching campaigns including, but not limited to, email and mobile/SMS,
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Technology or a related field
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years’ experience working with enterprise Email service provider platforms, SFMC preferred
• Experience working with HTML and C­SS for email
• Experience working with SFMC Journey Builder
• Experience with AMPScript for email
• Hospitality, Travel and/or timeshare industry experience
