How You’ll Shine:

As a Pool / Grounds Maintenance Technician III, you’ll make dream vacations by providing quality results for our guests by using your pool maintenance skills and customer service expertise.

** We are looking for someone familiar with pool systems, able to work on pool motors, natural gas heaters, 3 phase electrical experience, plumbing, and preventative maintenance. **

How You'll Make an impact:

• Perform plumbing maintenance such as pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs using methods that include soldering, brazing silver, PVC, CPVC and fittings.

• Replace breakers, ballast and other electrical fixtures including switches and sockets; prevent and trouble shoot possible electric hazards.

• Perform preventative maintenance of all aspects of units, common areas, and grounds as required. Responsible for preventative maintenance programs on all pools and grounds systems such as motors, pumps, valves, and compactors.

What You’ll Bring:

• Certified CPO, plumbing, and/or electrical skill required.

• Working knowledge of pool systems.

• Preventative maintenance background.

• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
