Multimedia Designer

We're looking for an experienced Multimedia Designer to join our Brand Communications team in Clark. This is a highly creative role for a designer who thrives at the intersection of video production, motion graphics, digital content and creative design.

How You'll Shine

As our Multimedia Designer, you'll create engaging visual content across a variety of digital and print channels while helping elevate the quality of work across the team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing high-quality video and multimedia content for marketing and corporate communications

• Creating motion graphics, video presentations and digital assets that bring our brands to life

• Designing marketing collateral including brochures, eDMs, advertisements, signage, banners, newsletters and other promotional materials

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver creative solutions

• Ensuring all creative output aligns with established brand guidelines and visual standards

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations

• Providing guidance, feedback and support to designers within the Clark creative team

• Identifying creative opportunities and recommending innovative approaches to visual communication

What You'll Bring

We're seeking a seasoned creative professional who combines strong technical capability with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Essential experience

• 5-7+ years' experience within a creative agency, design studio or in-house creative team

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production, video editing, motion graphics and multimedia design

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Adobe After Effects

  • Photoshop

  • Illustrator

  • InDesign

• Experience developing content across both digital and print channels

• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through to final delivery

• Experience mentoring, coaching or leading a small team of designers

• Strong client or stakeholder-facing experience

• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment

Highly regarded

• Experience working within a corporate brand environment

• Knowledge of web and digital design processes

• Experience creating content for marketing campaigns across multiple channels

This role is best suited to candidates with substantial video editing and multimedia production experience. Applicants whose experience is primarily focused on graphic design without strong video and motion capability may not be considered.
