MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualization and creation of PR and Comms plans to generate greater open market awareness of Panorama Travel solutions products.
- Conceptualization and creation of pitch deck, sales sheets and collaterals for new products according to the specifications and requirements determined by Product Development ( Core and PTS)
- Conceptualization, creation and updating of marketing collaterals for both BD and affiliates to support RCI’s Account Management and Business Development teams. ( Core and PTS)
- Prepare and execute B2B marketing plans to promote RCI products and tolls.
- Prepare and maintain presentation decks according to corporate branding requirements.
- Plan and implement new affiliate launches by ensuring all sales deck, collaterals, media and events are executed according to plan
- Plan, organize and execute main trade events
- Prepare and execute B2B marketing plans for APAC Clubs.
- Responsible for internal and external communication - maintain a communications calendar for all affiliate communications, draft and distribute RCI / TRC related press releases, etc.
- Act as lead source for opportunities to showcase EMEA, APAC & India affiliates in regional and trade magazines.
- Region Project leads for affiliate facing web enhancement projects initiated by global. This includes but not limited to projects involving affiliate reporting sites.
- Manage the Affiliate Marketing budget and drive marketing expense efficiencies.
- Responsible for regional PR activities – define needs, compile and execute plans with specific focus on LinkedIn and digital media, including liaison with Corporate Communications teams
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Minimum five years of B2B & PR and digital marketing experience.
- Ideally, the individual should have a strong preference for creative thinking and the ability to create tools and materials to support a sales team.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated high level business acumen with the ability to think strategically
- Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities in a dynamic, deadline driven environment
- Results oriented approach to delivering quality outcomes
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally for achievement of overall business objectives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications is preferred
- Minimum five years of B2B & PR marketing experience.
- The candidate must have experience in a business with a business-to-business-to-consumer sales model.
