Activities:

Preparing equipment for new waves of call center operations, which includes the following tasks:

• Operating System installation
• Configuring equipment on LAN
• Creating LAN accounts
• Setting up emails
• Configuring access to corporate tools
• Providing end-to-end user support, both remotely and on-site
• Following up through ServiceNow
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of computing and telephony equipment

Telephony administration (preferably CXONE or similar such as Avaya, etc.)

• Configuring analog and digital telephony
• IP telephony
• Call recording
• Configuring virtual telephone extensions
• Liaising with telephony providers and carriers
• Escalating issues with telephony support providers

• Application configuration changes in user fields

• VPN disconnection over time

• VPN issues

• Stuck VPN sessions due to external causes: power, internet, or expired account

• Account lockouts due to failed LAN and RSA accesses

As an RCI associate, you will receive even more:

Requirements:

• Advanced English
• Bachelor’s degree (system engineering or related fields)
• 3 years of experience in technical support in a Windows environment, knowledge of networks and Active Directory, organized, analytical, customer service for internal and external clients
• At least 1 year in a call center environment (desirable)
• Experience in telephony project management, support, and system implementation (PBX Avaya - telephone switchboard, related)
• Implementation of Avaya (PBX) or similar switchboards
• Administration and implementation of recording servers
• Must live in CDMX or Estado de México
