Job Summary:                                                               

• Greet and serve HarborWalk Village guests during their stay by making it easier and more enjoyable to arrive, check-in and stay at the property.
• Encourage people to come into the HarborWalk Welcome Center.
• Provides services to the guest personally or refers requests to the appropriate department manager.
• Provide maps, information, and discounts to HarborWalk Village Guests.
• May answer inquiries pertaining to the resort's amenities, services, policies, area attractions, dining, entertainment and directions.
• Pre-Screen guests to see if they would be qualified to tour our Model Villa.
• Make sure the guests have the best guest experience at our Wyndham HarborWalk Village Welcome Center.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests and staff.
• Must be people oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed.
• Must be able to easily and frequently change from one activity to another.
