Company Update

New Parent Company Name — Travel + Leisure Co.

In January, Wyndham Destinations announced the acquisition of the iconic Travel + Leisure brand and all related assets from Meredith Corporation. And as of Feb. 17, 2021, our parent company has officially been renamed Travel + Leisure Co. and the stock ticker has been updated to TNL, aligned with the new company name. This is the beginning of a promising new chapter in our company's history!

Global operations are now united under a new parent company name, aligning our business and brands as the world's leading membership and leisure travel company. Our reinvention as Travel + Leisure Co. is an evolution that brings together our collection of remarkable brands, driving synergy and affinity throughout our worldwide business.

Under the new corporate brand of Travel + Leisure Co., we will operate three business lines:

  • Wyndham Destinations – the umbrella brand of our existing vacation ownership clubs
  • Panorama – the umbrella brand of our existing exchange and travel business
  • Travel + Leisure Group – the umbrella brand of our new membership clubs, licensing, and consumer products business under the Travel + Leisure name

Along with the debut of Travel + Leisure Co., we launched BookTandL.com, a platform to connect travel inspiration and vacation bookings. In creating this pathway for consumers to experience the world through the expert guidance of Travel + Leisure, we are introducing a whole new way to dream, plan, and book travel. BookTandL.com delivers on our strategy to offer more products and services to the world's travelers – creating the first of many innovative offerings to broaden our reach in leisure and membership travel.

Our optimism for our future is anchored by the belief that travel is a universal goal. Even in times such as these, people around the world are dreaming about their next vacations — and we are here to meet the pent-up demand for leisure travel.
