Candidate Interviews & New Hire Training

To keep everyone safe, we’re offing virtual interviews and new hire training as much as possible via computer or smart phone. If in-person interviews or training are necessary, we have additional guidelines in place to keep everyone safe and comfortable:

• Both parties will complete a COVID questionnaire
• Both will be asked to wear a mask over the nose and mouth
• Remain six (6) feet apart
• Avoid common interview practices such as shaking hands

While we have to make adjustments during this time, we guarantee that you will have the same quality interview and new hire experience every step of the way.

Flexible Work Arrangements

We’ve seen the benefits that flexible work arrangements provide for our associates and our business, so we’ve recently updated our Work from Home Guidelines. Based on the type of work you do or situational challenges, you may qualify for a flexible work arrangement that enables you to do what you love from the safety and comfort of your home. 

COVID-19 Safety Procedures

We empower our team members by giving them the tools and knowledge they need to create a safe and healthy work environment.

• Training
  All Resort Operations and Sales & Marketing associates complete mandatory sanitization training.
  
  
• Personal Protective Equipment
  We provide masks to all associates and ask our owners and guests to wear masks as well.
  
  
• Sneeze Guards
  We've installed pre-fabricated sneeze guards at front desks, marketing desks, gifting desks, tour reception desks, and other areas where close contact with guests takes place. 
  
  
• Mandatory Temperature Checks
  To keep everyone safe, all associates complete a daily temperature check before they enter the workplace. 
  
  
• Additional Sanitizing Stations
  We've added extra sanitizing stations with hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes in all high-traffic, high-touch areas.
  
  
• Social Distancing
  We've posted friendly signs reminding associates and guests to maintain six feet of distance while they work and play.

Enhanced Cleaning Processes

• 5-Minute Workstation Wipe-downs
  We provide supplies and ask associates to spend at least five minutes each day sanitizing their workstation and equipment.
  
  
• Sanitize Before You Share Equipment Procedure
  Equipment such as keys, tools, and radios that are shared within a team are sanitized before, during, and after each shift or before transferring to another associate. 
  
  
• Additional Cleaning Protocols 
  o   All high-touch, high-traffic common areas are cleaned and disinfected at least every hour by Resort Operations when guests are present. 
  
  o   After each sales site closes for the day, the entire facility is professionally cleaned and disinfected. 
  
  o   Doors are left open whenever possible to eliminate the need to touch door handles.

Contact Tracing

If an associate reports having symptoms of COVID-19, is awaiting COVID-19 test results, has tested positive for COVID-19, or is directed by a doctor to quarantine, we work directly with them and their leaders to trace all points of contact and stop the spread immediately while protecting the associates' right to privacy. We never release the associates' name to owners, guests, or their colleagues.
